Day 009 - On Models, Frameworks, and Tools

Models, frameworks, and ingenuity.

Over the last several months I’ve been working on a new model to systematize revenue and increase the value I’m bringing to the market.

As you know my mission is to unlock the potential in the middle-class through the B2B sales consultants, NLP coaches, and clients we serve.

​So the questions I keep asking myself are:

  • How do I increase the value I’m bringing to the market so I can help more people without diluting results?
  • ​How do I systematize the process to provide a clear, repeatable roadmap that's easily adaptable across industries, cultures, and applications?
  • ​What habits do I need to adopt in order to accomplish the above and be there for my family throughout the journey?

It’s a culmination of several years of work and study, trial and error, and combining experiences from my time in the Marines, B2B sales, Coaching, NLP (neuro linguistic programming), funnel building, and business building.

Originally, I’d set out to build one new framework, but as I’ve worked through the process it’s developed into 7. That’s right. Not one, not two. Seven!

​And here they all are:

  • The Code Breaker Academy - To help B2B sales consultants and NLP coaches who are serious about impacting the world to break the code on their market, build their audience, and create the impact they set out to.
  • The Unlock Your Mind Membership - To help salespeople and business orientated NLP practitioners to increase their skills and unlock the potential within themselves through NLP and the various lessons I’ve learned throughout my career.
  • The Unlock Your Business Membership - To help executives and their teams to unlock the potential within their business and their teams through coaching and NLP.
  • ​The Code Breaker - Weekly Newsletter - to accelerate the time it takes for B2B sales consultants and NLP coaches to break the code on their market and get their message out to the world.
  • Reflections - Daily Newsletter - what you’re reading now, my daily effort to deliver value to those who seek it and want an inside look at how a Master Practitioner of NLP applies the learning and understandings of NLP to their life as a husband, father, and entrepreneur.
  • The Your First Email List Course - A course designed to help B2B sales consultants and NLP coaches to start building their email list, whether they’re just getting started or looking to reactivate an existing list.
  • The Passcode Marketing Workshop - To help B2B sales consultants and NLP experts to unlock their unique offering in 90 minutes or less.

And that’s just the start. I’ve got several more courses (roughly 1 per month) planned for 2024, as well as daily videos, and 1:1 coaching and consulting clients.

To some this would seem daunting, overwhelming, and an impossible task. To me, it’s energizing.

How? Models, frameworks, and ingenuity.

​When you combine these three elements, ask the right questions, and eliminate the word impossible from your vocabulary, suddenly, things start to click.
