A day to reflect on.

We’re now 13 days on from New Year’s Day and, as such, nearly two weeks on from the start of 2024.

How have you been doing with your resolutions?

Whether you fell down on day one or you’re still going strong the harsh reality is most people don’t make it this far.

The majority of people will fall down on day one, when they wake up hungover from the past night's frivolities. Others will fall down two weeks in as their will power subsides or their conscious mind simply stops recalling the promises that we previously made.

In fact, you may recall that a few days ago, I shared the typical financial pyramid that finds its way into society.

​Resolutions are yet another area I see this pyramid played out, but in reverse:

I admittedly have no scientific research to back this up but if you think about it, I’m probably not far off.

The question now is what we will resolve to be?!? The 1%, 4%, 15% that make up the 20% that produce 80% of the results or will we default to the bottom 40 percenters resulting in the 80% majority.

​The choice is yours. I know what I’ll choose. Do you?
