Have you ever wanted to make a change in your life, and just weren’t sure how to do it?

Maybe you wanted to change your diet and lose some weight.

Maybe you wanted to increase your email list and weren’t sure where to start.

Maybe you have a negative thought pattern or a phobia you want to get rid of.

No matter the change, I’ve got good news for you…

We all have the resources we need to make those changes already within us.

You have it! I have it! Everyone has it!

It’s the fourth key assumption of NLP:

The resources an individual needs to effect a change are already within them.

You may not know the exact process, but whether you do or not, the resources are there.

It’s that encouraging?!?

Thinking about this in relation to others, it means the asshole that annoys the living shit out of you, has the resources within them to change.

The timid person at work that could be so much more effective if they built up their confidence, has the resources within them to change.

The salesperson who fails to reach quota, has a massive need to be liked, and is eternally pessimistic, has the resources within them to change.

It doesn’t matter whether it’s a business scenario or a personal one, if a change needs to happen, the resources for that person to make that change is already within them.

Their potential is unlimited, and because the resources are already within them, the only limitations are those limitations they choose to accept for themselves.

That includes me and that includes you.
