Have you ever had someone say something and it just hit you like a ton of bricks?

I experienced one of those moments earlier today.

I’m currently at one of the masterminds I’m a part of and we had a speaker who covered the process of building out processes.

He said something that really hit me like a ton of bricks.

Not necessarily because it was something completely new, but because it was something I’ve heard multiple times before and just haven’t implemented it.

It’s that if you’re not building processes into your business and creating a repeatable, scalable business then you’re not building a business, you’re just building an offer.

The funny thing is, not only is it something I know, it’s something I work on with my clients.

And, yet I’ve been falling down in this area myself.

Have you ever had that? An area you coach others on that you aren’t doing yourself?

We all have areas like this in our lives. It’s something I’m working to get better at recognizing and improving on myself.

Now, with regard to the processes, I’ll get into that more later.
